Before you register, determine:

Eligibility. Make sure your player is eligible to play with GYB Little League. Check eligibility here.

League Age. For the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 seasons, GYB will use the 2026 Little League age charts. League age is not always the same as your player's actual age. For baseball, the 2026 league age is your player's age as of Aug. 31, 2026. Scroll down to see the league age chart for baseball.

Division. Players are automatically assigned to divisions based on league age (see charts below). Based on your player's league age, they may be eligible to play in more than one division. Find out more about our baseball divisions (co-ed) here.

Play-Up/Play-Down Requests. If your player is too young or too old to play in their preferred division, contact the Player Agent. Play-up or play-down requests are approved in limited circumstances.

Registration Opens: January 27, 2026
Registration Closes: April 11, 2026*

Evaluations

Intermediate & Juniors: Sat. March 7th @ 1pm
Minors Kid Pitch & Majors: Sun. March 15th @ 1:30pm
Machine Pitch: Sat. March 21st @ 9am
Tee-ball & Coach Pitch: begin (no evals) Sat. April 4th @ 8:30am

Practices

Start the week after evaluations

Regular Season Games

Opening Day is scheduled for Saturday April 11th (makeup day on April 18th)

*Late registrations may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Required Documents

Player: No documents are required to register players. The fields asking for document uploads are optional.
Volunteer: All volunteers must upload a photo of their driver's license or gov't-issued ID. The other document upload fields are optional.
